

Go-to-Market UK 2025

Banjo Communications has launched Go-to-Market UK, which is offering 50 international scaleups and 10 UK based businesses go-to-market training and mentorship (pro bono) designed to help them explore and understand how to enter and grow in the UK market.

Positioned as a global hub for innovation, investment, and one of the world’s most digitally engaged populations - the UK remains a strategic launchpad for ambitious, internationally minded companies. However, while in 2024–25, the UK attracted 1,375 FDI projects (foreign direct investment) - this was coupled with a 12% drop in overall investment — a sign of the increasing pressures founders and leaders face when deciding where to scale.

In response, the Go-to-Market UK 2025 is designed to deliver high-impact strategic insight - pro bono - helping founders better understand the UK landscape before committing significant time or resources.

Applications open from early August 2025 for leadership teams with Series A funding or beyond, planning UK expansion within the next 12 months.
Successful applicants will be invited to complete a short questionnaire before being matched with a senior consultant who has hands-on experience scaling high-growth global companies - including those that have gone on to become household names and industry leaders.

The process begins with an exclusive consultancy session to explore your business and assess where it could be best positioned in the UK market.
From there, the team will guide participants through the Go-to-Market UK program, focused on:

Understanding UK audience behaviours and regional cultural nuances

Navigating the UK media landscape with confidence and clarity

Shaping media positioning and story angles that boost press pickup potential

Crafting localised messaging that resonates while staying true to your brand identity

Key dos and don’ts for successfully launching and scaling in the UK market

Pre-launch considerations, including which key stakeholders to engage

Building a go-to-market roadmap that drives visibility, trust, and long-term traction

This support gives scaleups the confidence to make smart expansion decisions - cutting risk and speeding growth in a competitive market.

Program Terms & Conditions

Applications open: from August 2025 until 31st October 2025, or until all available places are filled.

Eligibility: Open to international scaleups planning to launch in the UK within the next 12 months. Companies should be at Series A stage or beyond.

UK companies: Up to 10 UK-based businesses will also be selected to take part.

Selection process: Participation is offered on a first-come, first-reviewed basis, with the first round of successful applicants notified in September 2025.

Fit for purpose: Banjo Communications reserves the right to decline applications from businesses that do not align with Banjo's sector specialisms or go-to-market expertise.

Banjo Communications specialist areas include B2C and B2B AI, health, beauty, food, FMCG, eCommerce, greentech, sustainability, digital consumer, fintech, SaaS, SpaceTech, deeptech.

Each business will receive a minimum of three hours high level mentoring and training. Part of the training is generic and relevant to all businesses. The rest will be bespoke to that business.

The program is also open for group training for venture capital, accelerator portfolios and founder networks.
